About PWS
Ceramic Hub
Founded in Hong Kong in 1985, PWS Ceramic Hub began as The Pottery Workshop. Run by artist and curator Caroline Cheng, the organization expanded to Shanghai and Jingdezhen, and is now a complete ceramics ecosystem.
Today, the Jingdezhen location features a renowned international residency studio, ceramic workshops, a weekly creative market, a gallery, a café, and a ceramic supplies store. All of it sits at the centre of the world's porcelain capital.

Testimonials
I had always wanted to try porcelain, and the staff helped me track it down and communicate with the shop to get it. Without the staff guiding me and translating, I would never have found any of it on my own.
Lili, first residency at PWS
This is now my third residency here. The assistants here are not just helpful, they genuinely think alongside you and your project. That kind of creative collaboration is rare and invaluable.
Carola, third residency at PWS
